Returns and Refunds

Items can be returned within 30 days of the date of product delivery. Please contact us either:

When you contact us, please have the order number, description of item, and purchase date available. If you are contacting us by email, please include that information in the email along with your contact information.

Returned items must be in new condition. Returns are not accepted on items due to normal wear and tear. When you return an item, please email us a copy of the carrier’s receipt for shipment. We will credit the shipping fees using your original form of payment based on the standard shipping rate used by the carrier for that item.

Refunds for returns will be refunded in the original form of payment, when the item is delivered to us. Refunds are sent when we receive the returned item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for an item in exchange for an item of the same type within 30 days of the date of delivery. Another item will be shipped out when the original items is delivered to us. When you ship the exchanged item, please send email us a copy of the carriers shipping receipt. We will credit the shipping fees using your original form of payment based on the standard shipping rate used by the carrier for that item. Exchanges for a previously exchanged item are not permitted.
