The products sold by cemeflow designs are all made to order. What does this mean? We keep the base product, for example, shower curtains, comforters, hoodies, coffee mugs, bath mats etc. in stock. The actual design for the product doesn’t get put on the product until an order is received for it. Why? The biggest reasons are flexibility and inventory control. The dilemma of having designs already put on products is either having too many or not enough to meet demand. It also results increased inventory costs.

Also, the process of putting this artwork on products is a skill in and of itself. We’d rather take the time and delivery high-quality products than rushing.

When we receive an order, the final product is produced. Each product category has an order-to-ship time in business days. The times are based on the actual work to do create the finished product and the volume of orders. Orders received after 4p.m. Eastern time start processing the business next day. Below are the product categories order-to-ship time ranges. Products such as acrylic prints, and heavy-duty floor mats, tend to take a little longer than other products. Standard shipping is included in the price of all orders. In most cases customers receive their orders within 5 business days of shipment. In some cases, particularly for large items, it may take 5 to 7 days.
